Nursing Application Process

TotalMed Staffing
goes through a thorough application and screening process when interviewing
and finding qualified contract or full time nursing staff.
|
|
|
|
Example
application process for a Registered Nurse:

When a nurse
determines they wish to be considered for employment, they submit a complete employment
application to TotalMed Staffing, Inc.
|
|
|
|

|
TotalMed reviews
the application, verifies the RN license is in good standing, and
interviews the candidate asking a series of questions to determine
general suitability for employment with your Health System.
|
|
|
|
|

|
The application is
then submitted to your Health System's HR and receives the same
processing procedures as nurses that apply directly through your Health
System's recruiters.
|
|
|
|
|

|
If the nurse is
determined to be a viable candidate for employment, HR will then forward
the application to the appropriate nurse manager for completion of a
telephone interview.
|
|
|
|
|

|
Following the
telephone interview, if a determination is made to offer employment, HR
will accomplish a written offer and forward the document to a TotalMed
Staffing field recruiter for presentation.
